FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Essential information you need before deploying capital.

1
Where are my funds held?

Your funds remain in your personal MT5 account at the brokerage (e.g., Exness). We DO NOT hold your funds. You have full rights to withdraw your money at any time.

2
How does the Profit Share mechanism work?

We use a High-Water Mark model with a 25% rate. This means we only collect 25% on NEW profits generated. If the account incurs a loss, we do not charge fees until the account becomes profitable and exceeds its previous peak.

3
How is risk (Drawdown) controlled?

The system has a hard DCA series protection mechanism. When the order limit is reached or the pre-configured Max Loss is hit, the system automatically cuts losses to protect the remaining capital, absolutely avoiding account liquidation.

4
What type of account do I need to open?

Both Master and Client accounts currently operate on Standard Cent accounts on Exness. (Standard USD support is in optimization and will be announced later).

5
How is the copy multiplier (ratio) calculated?

On the 1st Monday of the month, the Master resets to 100,000 USC. Your multiplier is your balance divided by 100,000 USC, rounded DOWN to the nearest whole number. The minimum ratio is 1:1 and the maximum is 1:10.

6
What is the policy for withdrawing funds?

You can withdraw profits manually at the end of the monthly cycle (last Friday). If you need to withdraw mid-cycle, you must notify the Admin to adjust the configuration. Withdrawals are limited to 2 times/month to maintain system stability.

7
Can I use one large account instead of multiple accounts?

We strongly encourage splitting large capital across multiple accounts. The maximum permitted copy ratio per account is 1:10. You will be assigned a dedicated support ID to manage multiple accounts effectively.
